Jeffery Dixon of Olive Hill was charged with wanton endangerment, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain proper insurance, and improper registration after he drove his car of the road, hitting a tree, parked car and electric police then driving through a house on US 60 in Morehead.
