Kibbey-Spears to wed

Jan. 23, 2013 —

Debra Lynn Kibbey, widow of the late Timothy Dale Kibbey, is happy to announce the engagementage of their daughter, Stevi Megan Kibbey, to David Matthew (Matt) Spears, son of David Richard Spears and Sue Aller Spears.



Stevi is from Grayson, Kentucky. She attended Morehead State University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management. She is an alumna of Delta Gamma. Stevi currently works for City National Bank.



Matt is from Ironton, Ohio. He attended Miami University where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in German and Business Management. He later attended the Capital University Law School where he received his Juris Doctor degree. Matt currently practices law with his father, David, in Ironton.



The ceremony will be held on May 18, 2013. After their union, the couple will reside in Ironton.
