KCU women’s basketball moved to 3-0 Saturday with a 77-39 win over Ohio University Lancaster at the Ohio Christian University Classic.
The Lady Knights opened the year last Wednesday with an 80-71 win over Alice Lloyd College. The ladies followed with a 95-58 exhibition loss the next night to Morehead State.
Undeterred by a rough outing against MSU, the Lady Knights rebounded with wins against Ohio State University at Newark and Ohio University Lancaster.
The 3-0 ladies return to action Thursday when they the host University of Cincinnati - Clermont. Tip-off is scheduled for 6 p.m.
The Clermont contest kicks off a three-game home stand for KCU. The Lady Knights host Valley Forge Christian College Friday at 6 p.m. and Grace Bible College Saturday at 4 p.m.

Senior outside hitter Shelby Adams will play college volleyball at Kentucky Christian University after signing her letter of intent last Tuesday at a ceremony at Rowan County Senior High School.
