Dec. 06, 2011 —
The Kentucky Christian University Lady Knights basketball team is in the midst of another outstanding season. The ladies have improved their record to 11-0, including their most recent wins over Asbury and Alice Lloyd.
KCU opened a three-game home stand last night (after press time) when they hosted Midway College.
The Lady Knights continue home play Friday when they welcome Alice Lloyd to town. This will mark the third meeting between the two teams already this season. KCU owns wins in both games so far, a 79-73 victory last week and an 80-71 victory on opening day.
KCU closes the week Saturday by hosting Moody Bible Institute.
The Lady Knights then take a brief break before hitting the court Jan. 3 in Kansas, Okla. for the Cookson Hills Classic.
