Country is not on the path to success
Democrat-Republican, I can't understand politics. Why just once can't they work together and try to fix America. Instead all they want to do is throw mud at one another.

Phone requests likely to be scam
Yesterday afternoon, my home phone rang. Since I have "caller I.D.," the identification record said: "Ohio Cellphone." OK, I have friends in Ohio with cellphones, so I answered. The caller claimed to be stranded (and homeless) at a motel in Portsmouth.

Career Day successful at OHE
Visions of the future abounded at Olive Hill Elementary on Thursday, Oct. 18. Students celebrated Career Day by dressing up to represent the career that they would like to have when they are grown.
