A Carter County Grand Jury indicted two individuals on Aug. 20.
Leslie M. Lowe, 28, of Blue Berry Ridge in Olive Hill was indicted on one count of capital murder in the shooting death of Daniel Taynor, which took place on Aug. 1 of this year in downtown Olive Hill.
Justin Roberts, 27, of Grayson was indicted on one count of third-degree burglary, a Class D felony. He is charged with burglarizing a building belonging to Larry McGuire on Sept. 13, 2008.
An indictment does not prove guilt.
