Child porn arrest

Nov. 25, 2009 — A 62-year-old Olive Hill man is behind bars after being arrested on child pornography charges at his Biggs Branch residence.

Kentucky State Police took David Gilliam into custody after he allegedly was caught with the obscene material. Gilliam is charged with possession of matter portraying sexual performance by a minor, and the use of a minor under the age of 16 in a sexual performance.

Gilliam’s arrest was the result of an ongoing investigation by the KSP’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Gilliam is being held in the Carter County Detention Center on a $150,000 full-cash bond.
