Sept. 26, 2012 —
Three undercover sting operations shut down two Detroit drug pipelines and sent 20 people to jail last week.
Officers with FADE executed a search warrant just outside Grayson on US 60 Wednesday afternoon. Fifteen people were arrested in connection with the sting operation.
A FADE spokesman said the substances that are suspected to be oxycodone and marijuana were located during the search. Prior undercover drug buys of heroin and crack led to the sting. The bust, according to FADE, shuts down an active narcotics pipeline between Detroit and Carter County.
Arrested on Wednesday were: Justin Evans, 24, of Grayson on five counts of trafficking in a controlled substance.
Vanessa Gollihue, 20, of Grayson, on one count of trafficking in a controlled substance and two warrants for failure to appear.
Beverly Lawson, 53, of Grayson, allegedly fled when FADE officers approached her at the scene. She is charged with fleeing or evading police and three counts of wanton endangerment on a police officer.
Edward Cabell, 55, of Grayson, is charged with trafficking in marijuana and possession of marijuana.
Alicia Czeskleba, 33, of Ashland, is charged with possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest, tampering with physical evidence, and operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
James Holbrook, 59, of Grayson, is charged with trafficking in a controlled substance and a warrant served for failure to pay fines.
Noah Bunner, 58, of Grayson, is charged with trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Anthony Little, 28, of Grayson, is charged with trafficking in a controlled substance and fleeing or evading police.
James Sagraves, 43, of Grayson, is charged with trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Michael Sagraves, 21, of Grayson, is charged with trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Dustin Blevins, 23, of Grayson, is charged with trafficking in a controlled substance.
Robert Parsons, 39, of Grayson, is charged with possession of a controlled substance and a controlled substance not in proper or original container.
Raymond Sean Evans, 27, is charged with trafficking in a controlled substance.
Tureen D. Oatis, 29, of Detroit, Michigan is charged with two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance.
Patrick Burton, 25, of Grayson, is charged with trafficking in a controlled substance.
FADE was back in action in Carter County on Friday, making four arrests in two separate undercover sting operations.
Three people were arrested in connection to a separate drug pipeline from Detroit, Michigan to Carter County.
Paul Foutner, 23, of Detroit, and Mario White, 18, of Huntington, W.Va., are being charged with two counts each of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance and one count each of trafficking in marijuana.
Crystal Sodder, 35, of Grayson, is also being charged with first degree trafficking in a controlled substance.
In a separate sting operation at the Super 8 motel in Grayson, Kamario James, 22, of Detroit, was arrested and charged with first degree trafficking in a controlled substance.
The two sting operations were not connected to each other. However, the sting in which Foutner, White and Sodder were arrested took place at the same location as Wednesday's sting.
All of the individuals arrested will be in Carter District Court on Thursday for preliminary hearings.
FADE detectives are continuing the investigation and further charges are pending.
