March 6, 2013 — Representative Jill York, R-Grayson, presented House Bill 392 to the House State Government Committee. Rep. York's bill seeks to clarify meeting locations under the open meetings law. Joining Rep. York was David Thompson, President of the Kentucky Press Association. House Bill 392 was unanimously approved in committee, and now heads to the full House for consideration.
