Mr. John Warren Hanley, age 90, of Garrison, passed away Thursday afternoon, April 5, 2012, in Southern Ohio Medical Center Hospice Center in Portsmouth, Ohio.
He was born January 12, 1922 in Boston, Massachusetts.
John is survived by his wife, Julia Kennedy Hanley.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North East in Greenup County with full military rites conducted by the South Shore American Legion Post No. 276.
Globe Family Funeral Chapel in Garrison, Kentucky, is in charge of all arrangements.
