07/30/2012 — Lois Easterling, 71, of Grayson, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, July 29, 2012 at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. She was born December 12, 1940, in Grayson, a daughter of Harry and Kathleen Reliford Wells. She was formally employed at the Carter County Extension Office and a member of the First Baptist Church of Grayson. She is survived by her husband of 55 years Hager Easterling, Sr.; one son and daughter in law, Hager and Sherry Easterling Jr. of Grayson; one daughter Kelly Littleton of Grayson; one sister Virginia Linville of Grayson; two granddaughters Kayla Easterling of Lexington and Kristin Easterling of Grayson.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 1 at Malone Funeral Home by Paul Schmidt and Walter Wilcox, ministers. Burial will be in the East Carter County Memorial Gardens. Friends called Tuesday from 5-9 p.m. and after 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday. Family encourages that contributions be made to Grayson Meals on Wheels.
